The customer has no right of cancellation for the executed order. For online delivery there is no withdrawal right, because the transmitted data are not suitable for returning because of their character.

Terms relating to disputes – the law which applies to your agreement with us and where disputes and claims concerning ,,Acropolis1989‘‘ (including those arising from or relating to your agreement with us) can be brought:

If you are a consumer resident in germany or the European Union, any claim arising out of or in connection with your agreement with us (whether by you against us or us against you, and including non-contractual disputes or claims) may be brought in the courts of germany or the courts of the country where you live.

If you are a consumer resident outside of germany or the European Union, any claim arising out of or in connection with your agreement with us (whether by you against us or us against you, and including non-contractual disputes or claims) must be brought in the courts of germany.

Important:
